Consistency of LEITZ:
The depicted illuminator port was used over many years for the triangle based Labolux & Dialux. If the underneath looks like the depicted illuminator port then the Lp-10 kit will fit.

This name is often confused with the Laborlux.

Efficient & bright:
No wasted light from an inefficient bulb or the lack of reflectors. In the Lp10 illuminator the LED faces forward right in the focal point of the collector optics inside the lamp housing so you get more of the light generated by the LED.
